We are looking for a strong, disciplined Sales Manager to take control of a growing sales operation in the building materials industry.
This role is for someone who can lead from the front, drive performance, and deliver results daily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a high-performance sales team
Drive daily sales targets and team accountability
Handle and convert incoming leads from:
Facebook Marketplace
WhatsApp Business
Online platforms
Train and develop sales agents (closing, product knowledge, discipline)
Monitor performance and push consistent improvement
Build relationships with contractors, builders, and bulk buyers
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales and/or team leadership
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly target-driven and performance-focused
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Experience in hardware, construction, or building materials is an advantage
