We are looking for a detail-orientated Admin and Finance Clerk to support a high volume, deadline driven environment:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General office administration.
Assist with invoicing, quotations and follow-ups, as required.
Debtors and
creditors processing.
Support to the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
Deadline driven, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
Excellent organizational skills and record-keeping.
Work well under pressure, be a team player with good communication skills.
