POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT (CORPORATE & GOVERNMENT)
Minimum 3 years’ proven success in B2B sales, preferably within education, training, professional services, or consulting
Strong consultative and solution-based selling capability
Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate & government clients
Experience developing and managing a robust sales pipeline
Ability to prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing structures, and contracts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Results-driven with a proactive and resilient hunter mindset
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a commercial field such as human resources, Psychology, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
