Bakery in Umhlanga requires - Front of house supervisor/ Back of house supervisor

Required **

1. Front of House supervisor
Duties – over see staff , make sure all stocks are available, stock rotation, making sure of all departments being up to standard, customer service,

2. Front of house operations
Duties – answering callls , handling WhatsApps emails walk in customers for all necessary services/orders.

3. Back of house supervisor
Duties – Making sure production in on time,
Quality Controll , in charge of all staff matters , checking that all items are being followed to spec of recipe and methods

4. Cashier / counter hand / barrista
Duties – Multi functional position
Must be able to cash on till and serve customers and make coffee ( bean to cup machine )

Must have at least 2 years exp in the above mentioned jobs or at lease an understanding of the job requirements.

This job requires you to work on weekends and public holidays if you cannot do that then please DONOT apply for the job .
