Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a premium healthcare and aesthetics environment? The Aesthetics Institute is looking for a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our growing practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in medical aesthetics, patient care, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
* Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient enquiries.
* Handle telephone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
* Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
* Process payments and perform daily reception duties.
* Support the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous receptionist or front desk experience (medical, healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury service experience is advantageous).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital booking systems.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
